Ways to grow is born from the hunger of wanting to know more. The desire to know more to help my clients and the desire to know more about myself.

I think the more aware we are, the better we live. And that's the overarching goal of this podcast: to provide us with different ways to learn, to grow and ultimately, to lead.

I thought about calling this podcast "All roads lead to Rome" because at the end of the day, all disciplines, philosophies, religions... we will encounter in this podcast are, all, roads to lead to YOU. Your real you. Your truest you. (But then I got to know there was a movie with that title and I inmidiatley discarded the idea).
